I am currently doing a project for IKEA’s Core Business Franchise office, looking for ways to enhance our company culture among co-workers. One of the ideas that we landed on is to print our key values, at the INSIDE of our new co-worker clothing. So that you wear these key values close to your heart, internalise them and wear them as a second skin. We are looking for inspiration on how this might work. A couple of importing things are;
- The design should not be visible on the outside (so no see though)
- The design should fit with the IKEA brand (free interpretation)
These key values are:
Togetherness
Caring for people and planet
Cost-consciousness
Simplicity
Renew and improve
Different with a meaning
Give and take responsibility
Lead by example

It is your own choice with what piece of clothing you want to work, you can also show off your design on another t-shirt, as long as it is translatable to our co-worker clothing.
We are looking for a design that represents our values. This can be interpreted however you like ( picture, icons, the words ect.). If this project succeeds, this would mean that over 200.000 coworkers from all over the world would start to wear you design (so over 1 million shirts will be printed!). We will contact the winner personally to see how we can elaborate on this project.

Beste Jamie,
Bij dit ontwerp draagt de medewerker Ingvar Kamprad dicht bij het hart, daarmee heb ik ook als idee de qoutes van Ingvar te verwerken langs strips van het uniform (rits, kraag, zakken, etc). Naast de kernwaarden vind ik het belangrijk dat de ideeën van Ingvar versterking biedt op het gebied van het verbeteren van de bedrijfscultuur.

Efficiënte illustraties. Strakke simpele ontwerpen. prachtig aan kwaliteit en toch betaalbaar voor een groot bedrijf als Ikea -

Ik heb even een kleine selectie gemaakt aan qoutes ter voorbeeld. Deze qoutes staan in het teken van Samenzijn, natuur & verantwoordelijkheid. 3 van de 7 qoutes. Er volgen nog meer als jullie het een top idee vinden. De qoutes zitten geloof ik wel copyright op, maar is nu even ter voorbeeld.
