Company description:
Small restaurant with only regional bought and grown produce. Sustainable coffee and tea, sandwiches, homebaked cookies and pies, local art, possibility to buy your the chair and table your sitting on. Locals should feel at home and tourist won't walk by. Promoting local economy. The name is Brukkien, wich is local dialect for breadslice. It is situated in Elburg, The Netherlands, one of the oldest towns on the Veluwe.
Target group:
25 - 80 yr olds, young parents, parents with young children 0 -10 yrs, creative people, loving regional produce
