Design a corporate mascot

Needs:
We need a company mascot, a character (human or not), which stands for the company and a recognition value (such as the fox at Schwäbisch Hall, ino in ino24.de etc.).
The company makes occupational pensions.
The figure should not be too complicated and complex because it has to be animated (with Flash or similar program).
If it is a human figure it should have youthful appearance, youthful hairstyle should look vibrant and innovative.
The figure should be equipped with different facial expressions and gestures (it is supposed to serve as a basis for an animation): laugh, mouth closed / open, arms down, one arm up, going with a pointed mouth and whistle(sideways), sitting

Dies hier sind meine letzten Entwürfe. Einmal in Sitzposition und einmal laufend/pfeifend. Am Laufstil kann allerdings noch etwas gearbeitet werden.

Hier nocheinmal direkt von Vorne und von der Seite. Ich habe die Krawatte extra in Orange gewählt, damit das Maskottchen sofort ins Auge sticht wenn man es sieht. Es wurde sozusagen die größte Fläche mit der auffälligsten Farbe verbunden.

Dies ist einer meiner ersten Entwürfe. Das Design ist schlicht gehalten und der Körper der Figur besteht wie erwünscht aus einer Krawatte. Desweiteren wurde die Figur mit einem freundlichen Lachen versehen. Weitere Entwürfe in den unterschiedlichsten Positionen folgen (z.B. Frontansicht,Seitenansicht)!
