Needs:

The Social Startup will be an organization that helps internationals and people with some distance to the labor market set up their own small businesses in the Dutch market place. The service offered will contain training and guidance about how to set up your business, write business plans, tax registration, local marketing et cetera.

A logo and look and feel should give you a "be welcome" feeling, a social feeling and understandable for all kinds of people in terms of social backgrounds or international backgrounds. Of course catchy and recognizable, even if reading in Dutch or English is difficult.

      Thanks for participating. The logo is a good translation for social. My first feeling though is the logo looks like one from another organization, but I'm not sure which one.

      I have answered the brief to the letter but haven't even achieved one star! your only criticism being that it looks like an established brand. As you can't name it one can only presaume that you mean it looks professional. In addition you have scored work that does not address any of the key points given by yourself! I can't help but feel that you do not want a successful brand.
