Needs:

We are in need of a new Logo. Our company name is 'Just Like Sherlock'. We are a new data driven search & sourcing agency. By writing smart search algorithms, we map target groups regionally, nationally and globally. We approach these target groups 1-on-1 with specific content in order to have these candidates apply for a vacancy. What we do is a kind of digital headhunting.

The logo must be supplementary to our company name JustLikeSherlock, perhaps an icon, animal, person, thing, etc. In addition, it must refer to the 'finding' of (latent) candidates (worldwide) by data, algorithms (technology). Rebels, because recruitment and selection is generally classic and old fashioned (old boys network). Logo should stand for technology, finding, intelligence, innovation and human touch.
