We are a Belgian Whiskyclub called "de Turfpreuvers" who are looking for a logo / illustration for our T-shirts.
We have a good idea of what we want, but we are looking for someone who can make this a reality:
The wishes we have concerning the illustration:
- A cross between a tough Scottish Highlander and a male goat (= the animal)
- He must wear a Scottish skirt under which goat legs come out.
- One of these goat legs rests on a pile of peat which he has just dug our of the ground.
- Above the skirt a muscular male body and a male head with some physical characteristics of a male goat (horns, goatee, ...)
- In one hand he holds a piece of peat from which he tastes (reference to the name of our club) and in the other hand a traditional "peat cutter" with which he dug out the peat that he has over his shoulder. A photo of a peat cutter and peat can be found in the attachment.
- An illustration in black and white. Our T-shirts be black. If you really want to use a color please use golden-yellow
- Please insert the club name "De Turfpreuvers" in an appropriate font and size above or below the illustration.

Hello.
here is a slightly different concept so that it can adapt to different backgrounds of colors.
for the gold gradient, I opted for a second complementary color for the small bag to give it more contrast.

hier is een iets ander concept zodat het zich kan aanpassen aan verschillende achtergronden van kleuren.
voor het goudverloop heb ik gekozen voor een tweede complementaire kleur voor de kleine tas om het meer contrast te geven.

Cool design! Bedankt voor de mogelijkheden! Ik zou enkel de designs met de zwarte achtergrond en wit en gouden illustratie willen uitkiezen om op verder te werken. De rest mag achterwege gelaten worden.

Een aantal verzoeken nog: zou je de kilt volledig in patroon kunnen doen (dus vierkantenpatroon dat je nu op sommige stroken hebt?). En omdat ik zie dat je met veel detail werkt kan je dan ook een ‘tasje’ toevoegen die aan de kilt hangt? Je moet maar even kijken op Google afbeeldingen wat ik met dat ‘tasje’ bedoel.. is standaard onderdeel van een kilt.. tenslotte zit ik nog een beetje met de ‘pose’ die de highlander aanneemt.. kan je ook eens voor een andere pose of poses gaan? Waar hij bv. de turfschep bv. op de turfberg laat rusten of... verras me maar.. voor de rest nogmaals.. cool design met veel detail!
