For my own company I am looking for a logo.
Company name is Team In Progress.
We focus on the development of teams with coaching, training and teambuilding. All this from experienced-based learning. Which means active working methods, inspiring environment and problem solving assignments. For activities, in addition to conversations and presentations, you can think of construction assignments and other collaborative assignments.
I would like to see the practical / active part and team development side in the logo.
As a subtitle we had the idea: "Everything for teams" or "everything for team development", maybe that helps to come up with the design.
Website will be made after the logo design has been chosen.

As soon as I opened the page it stood out to me. I like the usage of orange and blue in this one.

So far I think I like this design best. If you are up for it I would like to see if we can combine somethings and to get it to 5 stars. Top part is perfect, leave it like that.
TeamInProgress: change the color of the 'In' to blue as in you last ones. I like the font of your last one a bit better I think, looks a bit more professional, but that is up for debate.
