The rectangle in red is a belt that represents the truth. Because the truth is the security of the law.
The four right angles symbolize righteousness (honesty and rigor).
The black, the red and the white are the colors present on the clothes of the lawyers in full work. The white background symbolizes peace which is the final goal.
