We are looking for a logo that symbolizes the first ten years of our organization - an international network representing local and regional authorities on the global scene. The logo will be used throughout 2014 for our publications, correspondence and on our website. The logo can use or corporate colours but also be original and celebratory in terms of design.
The logo should reflect this new stage for the organization and represent achievement, progress, evolution and continuation. They logo can also contain the number 10. Using the date - 2004-2014 - is also possible.
We need to be both stand alone and usable with the a short slogan:
100 years of action, 10 years of unity

Hi Hai, thanks for your contribution. I like your use of the colours. The only comment I would have is that if the logo is stand-along (withought the text) the concept of ten years is lost. How about adding dates 2004-2014?
