Needs:
Develop a up-to-date logo for this club called Lord Nelson. Recently a new website has been launched (www.lordnelson.nl), however there is not a proper logo for this new website yet.
In the past a cartoony figure has been used as a logo (SEE ATTACHMENT) which we always found really cool. Its is inspired on the real Lord Nelson who was a famous sea admiral. We want to use this logo again but it is too old fashioned at the moment.
Your mission is to make this cartoony figure up-to-date for 2013 again!!
Company description:
Lord Nelson is a modest discotheque in the Netherlands in a small town called Meppel. Every weekend this club is filled with over a 1000 people, dancing to the beats of the DJ's.
Target group:
Targetgroup is young people (students) between 16 and 25 years old.

Jullie originele figuurtje is lastig om mooi in contouren te zetten. Hierbij een nieuw fris/strak ontwerp. De plaatsing van het figuur kan naar eigen smaak gekozen worden.

Dag WRT Design. Hartelijk dank voor je inzending. Tot zover de beste inzending. Echter het mannetje is leuk maar is niet geschikt voor het imago van de discotheek: Die moet stoerder. Tip: Kijk goed naar het oude logo in de bijlage. Het mannetje van het oude logo moet juist een update hebben...een suggestie is bijvoorbeeld dat je de contouren van die overneemt en dan neon gebruikt...
Verder is het letterype te ouderwets dat moet veel strakker, want zo past het niet bij de huisstijl -
